Head Gardener & Garden Design Assistant

Simon joined the Hand & Petal team in Winter 2026 and brings with them experience in native landscape design, stormwater management, urban ecology, and farming. They graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in environmental science and were a Chesapeake Conservation Corps member for the ‘22-’23 year.

Favorite Plant: Lance leaf coreopsis (Coreopsis lanceolata)
